If you prefer to speak privately to our team, you can email [email protected] or use the in-app feedback in the Muse sidebar. Email support is usually best for bug reports where you want to include attachments like debug logs, or account issues like changing your email address.
If you’ve found what appears to be a bug in Muse, you can help our team fix it by providing all the info we need right off the bat. That includes:

What happened vs what you expected to happen
Debug logs exported immediately after the problem occurred (Mac: Preferences → Data → Export Debug Logs, iPad: Settings → Support → Export Debug Logs)
